What I didn’t expect was to hopelessly fall in love with baking cookies. I just couldn’t stop thinking about cookies. Truly. Could. Not. Stop. Every recipe I found online had eggs. And I had never even tasted a New York-style cookie — all I was doing was matching a texture I’d only ever seen on a screen or a picture, frame by frame, batch after batch, until mine finally looked exactly like that. And tasted even better. Every cookie that leaves my kitchen is still made the same way — zero eggs, real ingredients, and a completely unreasonable amount of love. I can’t wait for you to taste them. Hi, I'm Shreea, the founder of Cookie Tree. During the lockdown, I started baking healthier cookies for my son using wholesome ingredients. My goal was simple—to create delicious treats that were fresh, homemade, and free from preservatives.
After plenty of trial and error, I perfected a chocolate chip cookie that he absolutely loved. Soon, family and friends couldn't stop praising the taste, encouraging me to turn my passion for baking into something bigger.
